September 2022 - We have, this month, submitted a Section 73 Application (to vary the Condition that Approves the drawing numbers of a previous Planning Approval) for 16 dwellings in Whitfield on behalf of Abbey Homes. We can use this method to change certain things where (in this instance) our client felt that a more appropriate design could be used on a site that they purchased with Planning Permission already in place.

Bishop's Stortford North
August 2022 - We have completed our work on a new scheme of 67 dwellings at Parcels N and O of the Bishops Stortford North Major Development Area on behalf of our client, Vistry Homes. We are just awaiting the Affordable provision to be agreed with the Local Authority and then the Application will be submitted. We are also acting as the consultant Town Planner for the consortium (Taylor Wimpey, Persimmon, Vistry and Kier) on the entire development.
Sayers Common, West Sussex
June 2022 - We are pleased to have provided architectural services for a scheme of 38 new homes in Sayers Common that has recently been submitted by Reside. We originally promoted this land for residential use on behalf of our client and it is great to see that culminate in a Planning Application. Fingers crossed now.
Walmer, Kent
June 2022 - A Reserved Matters Planning application has been submitted for 100 new dwellings at Walmer on behalf of Abbey Homes. The scheme includes a generous amount of open space, together with 70 Private and 30 Affordable new homes.
Sholden, Kent
June 2022 - We are delighted to announce that Planning Approval for 42 new homes at Sholden has been granted on behalf of Abbey Homes. The scheme comprises 29 Private and 13 Affordable Homes and we provided both Town Planning and Architectural services for the project.

March 2022 - We have, this month, submitted a Planning Application for 71 new dwellings at Crowborough on behalf of our client, Riverdale. This follows the successful Approval and implementation of the first phase that is currently being constructed.
Hatfield, Hertfordshire
February 2022 - Reserved Matters Application submitted for 39 new homes in Hatfield on behalf of Abbey Homes. CMYK have provided both Architectural and Town Planning services for this project.
Cottenham, Cambridgeshire
February 2022 - Reserved Matters Planning approval secured for 140 new homes, infrastructure and open space at Cottenham on behalf of Tilia (formally Kier Homes). The Scheme has been carefully designed to connect to and include generous swathes of open space which establish the character of the different areas.
Bishop's Stortford North
February 2022 - We are pleased to submit a new Reserved matters Planning Application on behalf of Vistry Homes for Parcel B30 of the Western neighbourhood at the Bishops Stortford North major Development Area. This parcel forms part of the important Gateway entrance to the overall scheme.
