September 2022 - We have, this month, submitted a Section 73 Application (to vary the Condition that Approves the drawing numbers of a previous Planning Approval) for 16 dwellings in Whitfield on behalf of Abbey Homes. We can use this method to change certain things where (in this instance) our client felt that a more appropriate design could be used on a site that they purchased with Planning Permission already in place.
