The scheme delivers 51 Private dwellings and 27 Affordable dwellings in a range of sizes from 1 bedroom apartments to 4 bedroom houses. These parcels are located at the north western end of the Eastern Neighbourhood and will be some of the first areas that are seen on entering this phase. The Eastern neighbourhood introduces a more contemporary vernacular and will be delivered by a consortium consisting of Tilia Homes, Vistry Homes, Taylor Wimpy and Persimmon.
