New village settlement of 4500 homes to the South of Bedford. Our involvement with this signature first phase of the waterfront parcel comprised of 86no. houses and flats adjacent to the northern gateway of the overall site.
The site was designed in response to the design code, with key buildings orientated to take advantage of the extensive views across the lake complex to the North.
Further Reserved Matters applications / approvals within the overall Wixams development have been undertaken for Taylor Wimpey, Abbey Homes and Kier.
