About

CMYK was formed in 2003 by three Directors who are still integral to the business today. Since then the practice has grown considerably and now consists of dedicated teams of Architects, Town Planners, Designers, Technicians, Assistants and Graphic Specialists.

We are a people based business, whether it is clients, staff, stakeholders or end user; our aim is to build successful relationships that engender positive results time and time again. We are committed to provide a first class service for our clients where we not only understand their needs and aspirations but also add real value to their projects.

Our client base is wide ranging and includes national house builders, local developers, private clients, housing associations and commercial developers. Projects worked on include large residential developments of hundreds of homes to one off, bespoke, dwellings and conversions. We also work on strategic land studies together with commercial buildings, community facilities and a wide range of other projects.

Although based in St. Albans, Hertfordshire, we are not location sensitive and often work all over the South East and beyond. We strive to build relationships with Local Authorities and work hard to ensure that all local standards, regulations and aspirations are considered. We provide a range of services including: Masterplanning, Feasibility, Planning, Town Planning & Technical. We always maintain the highest standards whilst providing a fast, efficient service. We utilise the latest technology as appropriate for the individual project. A lot of effort goes into the presentation of our work and this has continued to generate successful results over and over again. As a company it is fundamental for us to stay up to date with all the current standards, legislation and regulations and we are committed to our continual improvement and development. We place a strong emphasis on improving the environmental credentials both within our designs and projects and also within the company itself.
