Suburban street infill of three semi-detached units comprising of 6no. houses in total.

Client - Consortium

Allocated for mixed use new community of 5500 dwellings along with new school commercial floorspace, town centre, sport and recreation provision and community park. We acted as town planner for the consortium which consists of Taylor Wimpey, Bovis, Linden and Cannon & Kirk.

Oversaw the submission of a S73 application to amend the masterplan and town code to bring it more in line with the consortium’s aims.

There are currently over 600 units with detailed planning permission and a further 600 units being managed through the planning system.
