January 2019 - We are extremely happy to have obtained a Reserved Matters Planning Approval for 129 new properties on behalf of Linden Wates.

Permission was granted under delegated powers on a fantastic site in Bricket Wood, on the outskirts of St Albans. The development will include 1 & 2 bedroom apartments, and 3-5 bedroom houses. The site also comprises extensive parkland, lakes, and mature established woodland.

Wavendon

December 2018 - We have secured approval from the Local Planning Authority for a Design Code for a second site at Wavendon, Milton Keynes.

The code is a requirement imposed by the Outline Planning Approval conditions. This sets out the framework against which the Reserved Matters Application will be assessed. It explains matters such as urban design approach, movement principals, street hierarchy, open space, and building detailing.

The Reserved Matters Application has now been submitted, and it is hoped approval will be gained in the new year.

Wixams

December 2018 - We are delighted to have secured a Reserved Matters Planning Approval for 120 new homes at Wixams, Bedfordshire for Kier Living (Eastern) Ltd.

This development has been created under the constraints of a prescriptive Design Code to provide properties ranging from 2 bedroom apartments, to 5 bedroom houses. This particular parcel forms part of the wider Wixams development, providing green spaces and parks, new schools, a community centre, and local shops.

November 2018 - We have received Reserved Matters Planning Approval for residential development of a site in Wavendon, Milton Keynes on behalf of Abbey New Homes Ltd.

The scheme presents at total of 17No. houses, ranging from 2 bedrooms to 5 bedrooms. The development will include 5No. affordable dwellings, in line with the Local Authorities requirements.

Cringleford

November 2018 - We have gained approval for the preparation of a Design Code pursuant to an Outline Approval condition for a site in Cringleford, Norwich for Kier Living.

A Reserved Matters Application will follow shortly for 300 dwellings. We have worked closely with the client, Local Authority & other statutory bodies to agree a document that was acceptable to all parties.

October 2018 - We have recently obtained Reserved Matters Planning Permission at Richmer Road, Erith for Abbey New Homes.

Having previously acquired permission for Phase one, this application represents Phases 2 and 3, consisting of 219 dwellings, ranging from 1 bed apartments to 4 bed houses.

Pear Tree Lane

October 2018 - We are very please to have secure Reserved Matters Planning Approval for 44No. dwellings at Pear Tree Lane, Hempstead, Kent, on behalf of Abbey New Homes.

Unusually, this project was formed of all private four and five bedroom family homes. We worked closely with Medway Council’s Planning Department to achieve an officer recommended scheme.

Witchford

September 2018 - We are delighted to have secured Reserved Matters Planning Approval for 128 new dwellings in Witchford, Cambridgeshire on behalf of Bovis Homes Ltd.

This was a challenging site with a number of detailed constraints to be overcome.  The site provides homes ranging from 2 bedroom apartments to 5 bedroom houses.  The development also includes the provision of 38 No. affordable homes.

 

 

Willingham

August 2018 - We are delighted to have secured Reserved Matters Planning Permission for 72 residential dwellings on behalf of Kier Living (Eastern) Ltd at Willingham in Cambridgeshire.

The development includes a mix of properties ranging from 1 bedroom flats to 5 bedroom houses.  The proposed layout offers a generous area of public open space along the eastern edge of the site, which incorporates a Swale to the north, allotments to the centre and a leap to the south.

Crowborough

July 2018 - We are delighted to have secured Reserved Matters Planning Approval for 160 dwellings in Crowborough for Riverdale Developments.

Following close work with the Local Planning Authority the scheme will deliver a mixture of homes, ranging from 1 bed apartments to 4 bedroom houses.  The proposal has been carefully designed to acknowledge the urban fringe setting and responds to the need for the protection of openness by utilising a form of development that respects views into and through the site.
