The Hamptons - Peterborough

June 2015 - We have received Reserved Matters Planning Approval for 130 dwellings for Abbey New Homes in Peterborough.  The scheme comprises a mixture of houses and apartments both privately marketed and affordable.

Moreton Road, Buckingham

March 2015 - Outline Planning Permission granted on Land off Moreton Road, Buckingham for up to 130 dwellings on behalf of Bellway Homes and Bellcross Homes.

Western Avenue, Watford

March 2015 - Full Planning Permission granted for 34 apartments at land off the A41 North Western Avenue, Watford for Taylor Wimpey North London. This application also provided additional facilities for the local football club and wider community.

Houghton Regis

February 2015 - Full Planning Permission granted for 169 dwellings in Houghton Regis for Taylor Wimpey Strategic Land.

Berryfields, Aylesbury

January 2015 - Reserved Matter Planning Approval secured for 124 dwellings at The Berryfields Major Development Area on behalf of Taylor Wimpey South Midlands.

Conford, Hampshire

January 2015 - Full Planning Permission gained for a large single dwelling in Conford on behalf of a private client.

Sherford Major Development Project

January 2015 - CMYK are pleased to announce their appointment as Town Planning consultants on behalf of the consortium for The Sherford Major Development Project in Devon. The overall scheme will contain approximately 5500 dwellings and infrastructure and the consortium consists of Taylor Wimpey, Linden homes and Bovis Homes.

Leggatts Way, Watford

December 2014 - Planning permission gained on behalf of Taylor Wimpey North Thames for the conversion of unused retail units in to eight Affordable apartments, together with two new build apartments in Watford.
