March 2015 - Outline Planning Permission granted on Land off Moreton Road, Buckingham for up to 130 dwellings on behalf of Bellway Homes and Bellcross Homes.

March 2015 - Full Planning Permission granted for 34 apartments at land off the A41 North Western Avenue, Watford for Taylor Wimpey North London. This application also provided additional facilities for the local football club and wider community.

Sherford Major Development Project
January 2015 - CMYK are pleased to announce their appointment as Town Planning consultants on behalf of the consortium for The Sherford Major Development Project in Devon.
