Set within easy access of Aylesbury, this development provides a sustainable location for 200 homes, of which, 50 are affordable.

The scheme is split into two parcels, bisected by Rabans Lane and our early analysis identified both opportunities and constraints that we used to help define the design.

We worked closely with our client, the Local Authority and consultees to deliver a Reserved Matters Approval, in the shortest possible timeframe, that provides a range of dwelling sizes, together with Open Space and play areas.

CMYK were also engaged by Abbey to prepare the technical drawings and work on site commenced in early 2026.
