We originally gained Outline Planning Consent for this scheme on a former golf driving range in Pease Pottage, to the South of Crawley and were then retained by Riverdale to obtain Reserved Matters Planning Permission.
The majority of the 95 houses and apartments were bespoke designed for the scheme, with dwellings ranging from 1 to 5 bedrooms. 30% of the dwellings were delivered as affordable homes.
The new dwellings were designed to be sympathetic to the local vernacular, including steep roof pitches, clay tiles, render and tile hanging. All are now occupied and the development is maturing nicely.
