Abbey purchased this site with an Outline Planning Consent where ‘Siting’ was approved. This meant that the location, size and shape of all plots needed to be the same as shown on the Approved Layout.

As such, we designed a bespoke range of house types (both private and affordable) that met the requirements while creating well thought out arrangements and attractive homes.

The development is currently under construction and is based around a wide open space that affords views towards the important ‘Lenham Cross’ memorial on the South facing slopes of the North Downs.
