We have worked with Riverdale over the last few years to promote this land through the Local Plan and are now close to gaining a Full Planning Permission for 302 dwellings.

Located to the North of the thriving West Sussex town of Horsham, on previous grazing land, the site offers excellent connections to the wider area due to its proximity to Warnham rail station.

The scheme will consist of a range of apartments and houses of varying sizes, including affordable homes and a retail unit.

The site is delivered as two land parcels, bisected by Mercer Road and a number of opportunities and constraints arose during our early analysis. These included noise issues, flood plains, existing trees, and ancient woodlands but we used these constraints to inform the scheme design, which now includes large open spaces, play areas and conservation areas.

Once Planning Consent is gained, we look forward to continuing our long-standing relationship with Riverdale, producing the working drawings that will enable the site to built.
