Forming part of the redevelopment of the wider area Flowers House is a Dementia Specialist scheme. Situated in Bletchley, Milton Keynes, next to the historic Bletchley Park, the headquarters for Britain’s World War II codebreaking organisation.

There are 30 one-bedroom flats and 4 two-bed flats designed for adults who live with dementia. It is supported living accommodation with 24 hour care delivered by the on-site staff, tailored to meet individual needs.

Flowers House provides the opportunity for couples to remain living together with care available as required.

Located to the south of the town centre and sandwiched in-between Walton Street a main route in and out of the town and the mainline railway the development comprised of a number of medium rise flats arranged around a central courtyard with basement parking.

This was an enabling scheme to allow the funding and construction of the adjacent multi storey car park and social club.
