This development is sited to the Northeast of the desirable village of Barton Le Clay and delivers 500 new homes, together with a new primary school, an extra care facility and generous open space that includes multiple play areas and allotments.

We worked closely for two regions of Taylor Wimpey (North Thames and South Midlands), together with the local authority and a team of specialist consultants to deliver the successful outcome of a Reserved Matters Approval.

The scheme consists of a wide range of house and apartment types, ranging from 1 to 5 bedroom homes of both private and affordable tenures. It also includes 25 dedicated wheelchair user homes and 50 plots that will be made available for custom build.
